Terms of service
Anime State is a trading name of Wolf Syndicate Pty Ltd (ABN 40 689 413 232). By using animestate.com.au or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our products
Our own-design range uses original artwork created for Anime State. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any anime studio, publisher or series. Product photos and mock-ups show each design as closely as we can; screens and printing vary, so colours may look a little different in real life.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund you in full. Because items are printed to order, we can only change or cancel an order before it goes into production. Email hello [at] animestate.com.au as soon as possible if you need to.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times and costs are in our shipping policy. Returns are covered by our refund policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any other loss is limited to the price you paid for the product.
Intellectual property
All artwork, text, logos and images on this site belong to Wolf Syndicate Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia.
