Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. This does not apply to trading cards (see below).

Trading cards: no returns

All trading card products are strictly final sale. This covers every One Piece Card Game and Dragon Ball Super Card Game product, including single booster boxes and cases. We do not accept returns or exchanges, or give refunds, on trading cards for change of mind. This applies whether the product is opened or unopened, sealed or unsealed. Please make sure of your order before you request it.

If it arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted

Email hello [at] animestate.com.au within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We reprint it or refund you in full, including shipping. You do not need to send it back unless we ask.

If the size is wrong or you changed your mind

Because each piece is printed for you, change-of-mind returns need to be unworn, unwashed and in the condition they arrived. Email us first and we will send you the return address. Return postage is yours to cover, and we refund the item price to your original payment method once it reaches us. Not sure about size? Refund timing

We process refunds within 5 business days of approving them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
