Shipping policy
Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order. We ship to addresses in Australia.
How long it takes
Everything in our own-design range is printed when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. That means your order takes a little longer than off-the-shelf stock:
- Most orders arrive in 5-15 business days from the day you order (printing plus delivery).
- Tees, hoodies, posters and mugs are printed in Australia by our local print partners, so they are usually at the faster end.
- Joggers, sneakers and desk mats are made by our overseas print partners and are usually at the slower end.
- Accessories and desk gadgets (lamps, umbrellas, keycaps) ship from our overseas partner warehouses.
If you order items from different groups, they may arrive in separate parcels. You only pay shipping once.
Tracking
You get an email with a tracking link as soon as each parcel leaves. The same link is on your order status page.
Something wrong?
If your parcel has not moved for a week, or it arrives damaged or misprinted, email hello [at] animestate.com.au with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out. See our returns page for details.
